- Registration for the Symposium begins at 8.00 am on October 11.
- Registrations Fees: Students with ID – attendance & snack breaks free (lunch at a cost). You can download the registration form and submit it at the desk.
- Panel Chairs/Panelists: Free.
- Local University Staff/Teachers with ID and Residents in Jamaica: Free (lunch at a cost).
- International Fee: USD $100 (inclusive of Hotel shuttle to and from venue and Garvey Musical on October 11; lunch)

Note to participants on Health Requirements:
Please check the health requirements for entering Jamaica before embarking on your journey. Those from Ghana and those travelling on Caribbean Airlines from the Eastern and Southern Caribbean should be prepared to show their yellow fever vaccination certificate.
Airport shuttles to and from hotels are available at a cost of 15 to 20 USD, payable to one of the trusted drivers assigned to the event.
